Job Summary
Present search engine optimization capabilities to clients and internal teams while developing and presenting proposals with recommended tactics. Lead process improvement efforts and develop or approve all scopes of work involving search engine optimization. Ensure excellence and accuracy in client deliverables by collaborating with Delivery Managers on timelines and Staffing on resource needs. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, providing forecasts and driving ongoing process improvement. This role requires a four-year degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field, along with 7+ years of combined experience in search engine optimization, project management, or account management. Candidates must demonstrate proven leadership skills, prior team management experience, and knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Familiarity with generative AI tools is a plus. The position offers a salary range of USD $97,375.00 - USD $155,961.00 annually and requires the willingness to travel as needed. Application deadline is 9/1/2027.
Required Qualifications
- A four-year degree in marketing, computer science or a related field
- 7+ years of combined experience in search engine optimization, project management or account management
- Proven leadership skills and prior experience managing a team
- Experience scoping projects, providing forecasts and driving ongoing process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills
- Stellar communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
Desired Qualifications
