Job Summary
Present search engine optimization capabilities to clients and internal teams while developing proposals and recommended tactics for client deliverables. Lead process improvement efforts and approve all scopes of work involving search engine optimization, ensuring excellence and accuracy in every output. Collaborate with Delivery Managers on project timelines and with Staffing on resource needs, while developing and maintaining high-quality talent. This role requires a four-year degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field, plus 7+ years of combined experience in search engine optimization, project management, or account management. Proven leadership skills and prior experience managing a team are essential, alongside strong analytical abilities, knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with generative AI tools is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- A four-year degree in marketing, computer science or a related field
- 7+ years of combined experience in search engine optimization, project management or account management
- Proven leadership skills and prior experience managing a team
- Experience scoping projects, providing forecasts and driving ongoing process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills
- Stellar communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney, Profound) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
