Job Summary

Optimize resource use and work plan scopes within budget and time constraints by ensuring established planning and scheduling methodologies are followed. Develop project milestone baselines, analyze schedule data to identify trends, and lead forecast updates and contingency management for specific work packages. Assess subcontractor compliance, communicate with internal and external clients, and contribute to the Work Breakdown Structure to support performance measurement. Mentor the planning team and recommend recovery options based on resource availability impacts. Requires onsite presence five days per week in New York.

Required Qualifications

  • onsite presence 5 days per week in New York
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant civil infrastructure (Aviation, Rail, Transportation, Bridges/Roads/Highways, Tunnels, Utilities) construction experience working in a scheduling role supporting major programs
  • Practical exposure to network planning structures and techniques
  • experienced user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or above
  • experienced user of Microsoft Project

Desired Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred
