Job Summary
Lead scheduling on construction projects as Associate Director Scheduler Lead within a multi-stakeholder environment; develop project milestones and baselines, lead schedule reporting and contingency management for specific work packages, and ensure adherence to established scheduling methodology. Coordinate with internal and external clients, mentor the planning team, and assess subcontractor compliance. Proficient in Primavera P6.0+ and Microsoft Project; SOX control responsibilities may apply. Strong leadership and communication skills are required; graduate degree preferred and 8+ years of experience in scheduling within the construction industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
- Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working in a scheduling role in the construction industry
- Practical exposure to network planning structures and techniques, experienced user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or above, and Microsoft Project
- Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to assist with wider business initiatives as needed, including responding to RFPs
