Job Summary
Drive strategic sales decisions through advanced analytics and insights; design and execute analytics initiatives translating data into high-impact insights for executive leaders; champion AI/automation to uncover deeper commercial insights; improve forecast accuracy and pipeline quality; oversee data infrastructure including Salesforce and Snowflake to enable scalable analytics for cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in data analytics or commercial strategy, with leadership in Sales, FP&A, or B2B enterprise environments
- proven ability to engage executive sales stakeholders and translate analytics into strategic action
- expertise with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
- exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- experience with data platforms such as Salesforce and Snowflake
- ability to design and oversee dashboards informing executive-level strategies
- strong data storytelling and narrative-building for leadership
- proactive mindset towards emerging technologies (AI/ML) to advance analytics
