Job Summary
Associate Director, RWE Analytics responsible for designing, planning, and executing statistical components of studies that prove economic value of pharmaceutical assets. Utilizes SAS to analyze medical and clinical databases, performs QC analyses, contributes to reports and scientific presentations, and builds analytical databases. Requires Master’s degree in Statistics/Mathematics (PhD preferred), 5+ years SAS/SAS Macro/SQL experience, and experience with large medical claims datasets. Hybrid work arrangement in Florham Park, NJ; compensation in the range of $141,500–$268,500 annually. Core duties include statistical analysis, data resource identification, collaboration with HEOR researchers, and communication of results to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Statistics / Mathematics or related discipline required; PhD preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAS, SAS Macro and SQL programming
- Experience in analysis of large medical claims datasets
- Professional training in health field a plus
- Ability to present complex research and data clearly to stakeholders
