Job Summary
Associate Director, RWE Analytics responsible for designing, planning, and executing statistical components of plans for research studies that prove the economic value of pharmaceutical assets. Uses SAS to analyze medical/claims databases and surveys, performs QC analyses, presents results through spreadsheets/graphics, creates analytical databases, identifies data resources, and supports HEOR researchers—contributing to writing and publishing scientific presentations and informing clinical trial endpoint strategies with statistical analysis plans. Also designs and maintains complex databases, monitors regulatory and reimbursement trends, and collaborates with stakeholders. Requires Master’s degree in Statistics/Mathematics (PhD preferred), 5+ years of SAS/SAS Macro/SQL experience, and experience with large medical claims datasets; UNIX experience is a plus. Compensation ranges from USD 141,500 to USD 268,500 annually; comprehensive benefits are provided. This role is located in Mettawa, IL with hybrid remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Statistics / Mathematics or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAS, SAS Macro and SQL programming
- Experience in analysis of large medical claims datasets
- Ability to execute programming assignment and problem solve issues independently
- Ability to poresent (present) complex research and data clearly to stakeholders
