Job Summary
Lead multidisciplinary project teams as the primary day-to-day client interface, driving value-added cost management services to meet client objectives. Manage overall project execution to ensure quality, compliance, safety, and adherence to statutory standards, while overseeing master programmes, materials, and long lead items. Conduct interviews for vacant positions, develop project managers through structured guidance and performance reviews, and foster a high-performing team culture aligned with business pipelines. Produce comprehensive project reports, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and resolve issues through structured escalation and practical solutions. Requires 10+ years of experience in complex Retail, Banking, or Commercial Fit-out projects and full professional fluency in Cantonese and English.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Project Management, Construction, Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience
- proven track record of delivering complex Retail, Banking, or Commercial Fit-out projects
- Experience and knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple fast-paced timelines simultaneously
- working under tight corporate deadlines within a committed consultancy team
- Full professional language level for written and spoken Cantonese and English
