Job Summary
Drive execution of partnered and internal research programs from discovery through early clinical development by developing integrated project plans, tracking milestones, and proactively mitigating risks. Partner with Research Leads, functional representatives, and the CMO organization to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensure alignment on objectives, and support the transition of assets into development. Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance portfolio visibility and operational reporting, preparing materials for portfolio reviews and leadership decision-making. Manage critical timelines and dependencies while balancing tactical project management with strategic leadership across complex, cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline
- 12+ years of experience in drug development
- Demonstrated project management and drug development expertise
- Ability to independently drive complex activities, make informed decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to balance tactical execution and strategic leadership
- Deep knowledge of PM methodologies, concepts, techniques, and tools
- Significant work in project management roles
- Proficient using MS Office Suite
- Proficient using SmartSheet
- Proficient using other project management software
- Currently authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
