Job Summary
Associate Director, Requirements and Capabilities in KSA responsible for growing Raytheon’s business, pipeline development, external customer engagement, and serving as the voice of the customer to internal Raytheon stakeholders. Location in Saudi Arabia; onsite role requiring coordination of customer interactions, opportunity reviews, visits, and cross-functional collaboration to drive enterprise strategy, IPDS milestones, ERPM opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Emphasizes developing country strategies, budgeting processes, market dynamics, and translating customer priorities into actionable plans while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement across Raytheon’s organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Affairs, Engineering or other relevant discipline
- Experience navigating intricacies of doing business with MODEA, and related services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of management, and fluency in spoken and written English
- Typically requires 12 years of experience with progressive leadership positions in Business Development or Defense Sales
- Demonstrated success in relationship building in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
