Job Summary
Associate Director, Regional Marketing for AMR East leads regional marketing growth strategies and develops/implements marketing plans for the AMR East region. You will coordinate with regional commercial teams and central/global marketing, apply regional market knowledge to identify growth opportunities, communicate global messages, collect field feedback to influence product development and strategy, pilot local programs, and ensure consistency of central SOPs and brand voice. You will support marketing campaigns, budgets, KPIs, training for regional channel partners, and collateral development in English and translated forms. This role requires travel up to 30-40% within the region and a solid understanding of the life science/genomic market in the AMR East region, with 5-8+ years of marketing experience in life sciences/genomics preferred.
