Associate Director Real Estate Asset Management

Senior Associate Director Real Estate Asset Management on a fixed-term contract (8 months) based in Paris, overseeing asset management and investment support for a European portfolio (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain). Key responsibilities include leading the Paris AM team, coordinating value-add initiatives (refurbishment, repositioning, letting, lease negotiations, tenant fit-out), driving sustainability measures (Green Building Certification such as BREEAM, EPCs, renewables), setting up and monitoring budgets, performing cash flow and profitability analyses, preparing business plans and board papers, assisting acquisitions/dispositions, and collaborating with transaction-management teams. The role requires more than 10 years of CRE asset management experience in France, deep understanding of lease structures, and the ability to analyze financial and ESG data; preferred candidates will be fluent in French, proficient in English, with Spanish language skills as an advantage.
