Job Summary
Associate Director – Quantum Lead responsible for leading quantum dispute resolution, providing expert reports, and managing claims across large-scale projects; oversees technical reports, leads cost quantification, delay analysis, and damages; develops client strategy, mentors junior staff, and contributes to business development; requires 10+ years in construction/engineering, MRICS desirable, experience with arbitration/claims, strong written and verbal communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management/ Construction Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years’ industry experience working for a construction or engineering contractor and/or specialist consultancy
- Experience in writing or contributing to Quantum Expert reports
- Experience working on contentious claims (arbitration and/or other formal claims resolution)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience toward MRICS (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
