Associate Director - Quantum Lead

Job Summary
Lead quantification of cost overruns and damages, including take-offs and delay analysis; independently author expert reports and claims responses; oversee technical and expert reports, client strategy, and pursuit of new client appointments; mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture; support dispute resolution, litigation support, and expert witness evidence; collaborate with quantum experts and support business development within a leading global consultancy; role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in construction/engineering environments and strong communication skills, with MRICS desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management/ Construction Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years’ industry experience
- Experience in writing or contributing to Quantum Expert reports
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience working on contentious claims/arbitration or formal claims resolution
- MRICS (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
