Associate Director, Quality Control Laboratory

Manage a team of Managers, Supervisors, and Lab Analysts to lead laboratory operations for API, Finished Goods, or Raw Material disciplines. Assure conformance to government and corporate regulations by routinely meeting with regulators and customers to prevent business interruptions. Direct area responsibilities to meet production objectives within planned budgets while managing supplies and equipment. Establish and execute plans for in-process, raw material, and finished goods testing, including equipment validation and stability studies. Develop, negotiate, and finalize timelines and cost estimates for projects supporting business operations. Apply advanced technical writing skills to prepare project protocols and final reports for product registration.
