Job Summary
Associate Director for QTS Fixed Income Production Services Support in Toronto. Lead and hands-on production application support for Fixed Income Trading Business, serving as escalation point for incident, problem, and change management. Partner with Trading desks, Development, and Infrastructure to drive production stability, reliability, and continuous improvement. Provide leadership to the team, own IT support relationships with trading desks, and use data-driven approaches to monitor metrics, incidents, and improvements. Expected to operate as the face of CM Business to cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring high-quality support across Fixed Income rates and credits desks.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years IT experience
- Capital Markets experience including Fixed Income products
- hands-on knowledge of fixed income trading lifecycle
- Linux, SQL, scripting (Shell, Perl, Java, Python)
- experience with enterprise scheduler platforms and monitoring tools (Control-M, Geneos, Tableau, ServiceNow)
- ITIL service management practices (Event, Incident, Problem, Change)
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
