Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex tracking projects ranging from £200k to £1m, overseeing ad-hoc studies from planning through final deliverables with support from offshore colleagues. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and fostering partnerships while serving as the main liaison with operations and suppliers. Manage and mentor 1-2 team members, ensuring quality outputs and leading knowledge transfer. Drive organisational planning and robust financial management, providing expert input on costings and pricing decisions. Collaborate with the client success team to identify growth opportunities and implement efficiencies across project teams. This hybrid role requires three days in the London office.
Required Qualifications
- Significant quantitative project management experience at a senior level
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex projects from end-to-end
- Confidence and proven experience in managing project budgets and finances
- Experience in costing and pricing decisions
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring individuals
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt style effectively across diverse audiences
- Strong client management experience
- Highly organised with an agile approach to workload management
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to multitask seamlessly
- Ability to deliver results under pressure
- Positive, solution-focused, and collaborative team player mindset
- Comfort navigating ambiguity
- Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications
- Hybrid role with 3 days in London office and the rest from home
