Associate Director - Project Management - Manchester - Residential Sector

Lead end-to-end delivery of major residential projects in Manchester, acting as the key client interface and providing confidence, clarity, and leadership across all phases. Oversee feasibility studies, procurement strategies, budgets, and contracts (JCT essential, NEC desirable), manage multi-disciplinary consultant teams and complex stakeholder groups, mentor and line-manage Manchester Buildings colleagues, and drive business development through bids and client relationships. Requires a degree in a relevant discipline with professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM or equivalent), extensive residential project management experience, strong leadership and commercial acumen, and the ability to travel to project sites from Manchester with hybrid working. Base location Manchester.
