Job Summary
Oversee large project teams or multiple small project teams (or whole program) in institutional projects, maintain monthly project budgets, lead development of staff through supervision and mentoring, manage billing and projections, develop RFPs for consultants and contractors, build and sustain positive client relationships, identify new business opportunities through performance excellence, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while upholding company values in a client-facing capacity.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field
- 10+ years of Project Management experience including management
- Must have experience working on institutional projects
- CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications preferred
