Job Summary

Associate Director, Project Management role overseeing 1-2 brands, leading PM teams, and guiding complex, integrated delivery. Responsible for brand-level planning (long-range timelines, integrated Gantts, multi-channel workstreams), setting priorities, and serving as client partner for scopes, budgets, timelines, and operational planning. Leads annual scopes and change orders, manages brand financials (estimates, forecasting, burn tracking, reconciliation), and mitigates risk through proactive planning and scenario modeling. Partners with department heads to assess needs and optimize workflows; drives operational efficiency, onboarding, and coaching of PM talent. Includes leadership of cross-agency initiatives, education of clients on agency processes, and integration of AI-enabled tools. Requires 6+ years PM experience with 1-2 years in healthcare/pharma advertising; familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Basecamp, and Workfront/Ziflow; Bachelor’s degree required. Location is remote in the US.
