Job Summary
Associate Director, Project Controls leading cost controls and governance for large-scale projects, accountable for client relationships, project funding, schedule control, risk management, and business development within a premier cost-management team. Responsibilities include overseeing portfolios, developing fee proposals, mentoring staff, driving QA/QC reviews, coordinating with ERP and scheduling tools (SAP, Oracle, Primavera, MS Project, Procore, ACC Build), delivering value engineering opportunities, and ensuring successful project close-out across multi-phase funding structures.
