Job Summary
Associate Director, Programmatic at CMI Media Group leads strategy, development, and execution of programmatic media across channels (Display, Video, Native, Audio, CTV, DOOH, and more). Guides a high-performing team, shapes healthcare programmatic initiatives, and partners with cross-functional teams (SEM, SEO, Social, traditional media). Responsibilities include shaping programmatic strategies, managing campaigns across DSPs like The Trade Desk and DV360, cultivating client and vendor relationships, evaluating technology and supplier partnerships, representing the company at industry events, authoring POVs and case studies, mentoring staff, and optimizing campaign processes and reporting. Requires 5+ years in programmatic with DSPs, strong leadership, client-facing skills, and advanced Excel; Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare media experience a plus. Salary range shown is $70,000 to $140,000 with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing programmatic campaigns with DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360)
- Deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem (publishers, platforms, data partners)
- Experience with video, CTV, and audio
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communicator capable of presenting ideas and results to clients and internal teams
- Proven experience developing and managing direct reports
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (preferred)
- Healthcare/pharmaceutical media experience is a plus
