Job Summary
Align program teams and operational activities with corporate strategy, project timelines, and resource plans. Maintain program budgets, tracking mechanisms, and development timelines to ensure alignment with regulatory filings and company goals. Manage critical paths, evaluate risks, and create contingency plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams including CMC, Clinical, and Research. Track contractual obligations, deliverables, and milestones while fostering relationships with department leads, consultants, and vendors. Monitor project status and communicate proactively to senior management and stakeholders. This role supports the development of novel biotherapeutics for difficult-to-treat diseases, including cancer and autoimmune conditions, within a global biotechnology portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in biomedical sciences or other discipline related to life sciences and/or drug discovery
- A minimum of ten (10) years' related experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with relevant experience
- Direct experience working in a biopharmaceutical technical operations discipline with a working knowledge of biologics drug development
- Must have well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to establish highly functional relationships with diverse personalities both within and outside the company
- Able to develop solutions to complex problems by employing ingenuity, creativity and innovation
- Domestic and international travel (~10%) as needed
- Experience working with and managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent collaboration, communication and relationship management skills
- This role can be located in Bellevue WA or Vancouver BC and is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite
