Job Summary
Lead portfolio delivery, governance, and commercial management across schools, HQ departments, and cross-functional programmes. Plan, source, contract, and deliver requirements in line with procurement policy, delegation of authority, approved budgets, and agreed SLAs. Execute procurement transformation through structured planning, framework agreements, standardized specifications, and data-led reporting. Manage supplier performance, audit action follow-up, and continuous improvement while acting as a senior escalation point. Coach team members and challenge non-compliant or single-source approaches to translate business needs into compliant, value-driven outcomes.
