Job Summary
Associate Director, Private Wealth Client Services focused on managing client relationships for high net-worth and ultra-high net-worth clientele. Serve as primary contact for onboarding, investment implementation, and private banking services; create customized onboarding experiences for high net-worth clients; transfer/reconcile assets; implement new investment strategies and hire managers as directed; prepare client subscription and redemption documents related to alternative investments; manage client billing and inquiries; establish lines of credit/margin and 529 accounts; manage donor-advised/charitable distributions; attend quarterly client portfolio reviews; act as liaison between Cresset and client CPAs/attorneys; manage tax document facilitation with client CPAs; identify technology opportunities to enhance client experience and scalability; requires strong communication, discretion, ethics, and the ability to operate independently with attention to detail and collaboration with the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years financial services experience working with ultra-high net worth clients
