Associate Director, Private Markets Product, Private Credit

Lead and execute product management initiatives for Invesco’s European private credit business across broadly syndicated loans, CLOs, direct lending, and distressed credit & special situations. Own regional marketing collateral and product messaging, drive responses to client inquiries and RFP/RFI processes, partner with senior stakeholders across Portfolio Managers, Client Portfolio Managers, Distribution, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and other teams, and originate/coordinate fundraising and relationship-management efforts. Develop deep expertise in private credit offerings and investment strategies, guide product launches, and contribute to global best practices. Represent product perspectives in senior-level client and internal discussions, mentor junior team members, and ensure activities align with Conduct principles. Requirements include substantial private credit/private markets experience, ability to manage multiple initiatives, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, eVestment, Preqin, and Microsoft Office. The role involves in-person work at Invesco offices (London) with a hybrid/office-forward workplace model and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
