Job Summary
Associate Director, Pricing contributes to the development and implementation of global pricing strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products, leading pricing and payer research to inform pricing recommendations, supporting pricing dossiers and evidence for access discussions, partnering with regional and local teams to ensure pricing requirements are understood, and presenting pricing analyses and recommendations to senior leadership. The role leverages advanced analytics and digital tools to enhance efficiency and requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and ability to influence stakeholders across geographies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA strongly preferred
- Minimum ~5 years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing
- Experience in global or multi-country environments preferred
- Understanding of payer markets and pricing strategy development preferred
- Experience interacting with regulatory/government stakeholders across regions preferred
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
- Leadership & collaboration capabilities in a matrix environment
