Associate Director – Preconstruction Estimating - Data Center Construction

Associate Director – Preconstruction Estimating for data center construction. Supports large-scale hyperscale campuses, multi-building sites, and expansion programs with a strong preconstruction and estimating background. Responsibilities include developing and managing cost plans and detailed estimates from concept through detailed design, leading quantity takeoffs and cost checks, providing program-level estimating for defined scopes, reviewing contractor pricing, driving benchmarking and cost modeling, facilitating value engineering, and supporting procurement/preconstruction activities. Mentors junior staff and prepares leadership-ready materials for client discussions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience in construction estimating/cost management, with preferred experience in data center or mission-critical projects. The role is hybrid with 2–3 days/week in San Francisco and approximately one week of travel per quarter to Denver, CO.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role and must be adhered to where applicable.
