Job Summary
Associate Director, Portfolio Resourcing to actively manage resource demand, headcount/capacity planning, and governance across Global Clinical Development and Global Clinical Supply, aligning with the BoB and budget; cultivates cross-functional collaboration, develops resource forecasts using Planisware and analytics, maintains approved headcount, supports governance meetings (LDRC), and drives process improvements to optimize resource demand and financial alignment; requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and ability to influence functional leadership, with a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience; salary range $142,400-$224,100 plus bonus and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of related business experience
- Deep understanding of Clinical Development, Operations, and Resourcing
- Familiarity with resource planning tools; Planisware experience required
- Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel capabilities
- Effective oral and written communication
- Ability to influence and negotiate with functional leadership
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Detail-oriented and flexible
- Process-oriented with ability to drive improvements
