Associate Director, Plant Health Services

Job Summary
Lead and manage occupational health services at the facility in Singapore, overseeing nursing consultation, first aid, medical surveillance, vaccination and wellness programs, ensure regulatory compliance (Employment Act, Workplace Safety and Health Act, MOH requirements), develop and implement OH policies, collaborate with business leaders and HR to maintain a healthy workforce, supervise OH team and manage third‐party contractors, drive training and health promotion initiatives, and provide SME guidance to APJ regional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) recognized by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) or Diploma of equivalent qualification recognized by SNB
- State Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Occupational Health Nurse Certificate preferable
- 5+ years experience as an Occupational Health Nurse in manufacturing environment
- Strong IT skills – MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to use AI tools
