Job Summary
Associate Director, Planning System Lead at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. Responsible for leading planning-system capability improvements, data quality metrics, and end-to-end planning excellence. Partners with Portfolio Performance and Resourcing to develop insights for Senior Leaders; supervises UAT, training, and adoption of planning tools (Planisware/E7, UCT). Drives standardization of planning definitions across Therapeutic Areas and Global Development, and collaborates with DPDS to ensure planning and forecasting data integrity. Requires strong project-management skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives, and travel up to 10%. Hybrid role located in Spring House, PA; Raritan, NJ; or Titusville, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in a scientific or business discipline; Master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry or CRO experience
- Project management experience required
- Experience with planning, data quality, and forecasting in a regulatory/clinical context
- Experience with Planisware (E7) and related planning tools preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment and manage multiple projects
