Job Summary
Lead the project team as key account manager, developing client relationships based on partnership and trust while engaging new clients and managing repeat projects. Oversee strategic client projects and apply planning expertise to achieve deliverables within contract performance measures. Expertly negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors. Foster top performance and growth for employees via excellent mentorship and leadership to deliver impeccable quality and client value. This role requires 10+ years in construction with scheduling experience in the data centre sector, strong operational management skills, and confidence heading meetings with clients. Interviews are conducted in person or virtually with video required.
Required Qualifications
- strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment
- experience in pre- and post-contract cost management within Data Centres
- 10+ years' experience in construction with previous scheduling and planning experience in the data centre sector
- confidence to head up meetings with clients
- a degree or comparable experience in construction planning
- excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required
