Job Summary

Act as the key account manager for the data centre team, developing client relationships based on partnership and trust while engaging new clients and repeat projects. Oversee key strategic client projects and apply scheduling experience to achieve deliverables within contract performance measures. Expertly negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors. Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership to lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value. This role requires 10+ years in construction with data centre scheduling expertise, P6 proficiency, and a chartered RICS qualification. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $197,000 USD.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in project scheduling within Data Centers industry
  • 10+ years' experience in construction with previous cost management/scheduling experience in the data center sector
  • Experience using P6
  • A degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying
  • Chartered status
  • Member of the RICS
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
  • Confidence to head up meetings with clients
  • All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous cost management/scheduling experience in the data center sector
  • Ideally a member of the RICS
