Associate Director, Pipeline Programs

Conduct extensive research in Arkansas and surrounding states to assess needs of under-represented and economically disadvantaged K-12 and pre-med populations. Create, develop, and execute on- and off-campus pipeline programs including workshops, leadership development, tours, and science prep courses. Cultivate relationships with school administrators, faculty, and AACOM representatives to recruit candidates for medical school and STEM professions. Manage the Outreach Mentor Program and Student Ambassador Education Team while coordinating with Student Administration and Academic Affairs staff. Develop partnerships with targeted schools and identify federal, state, and private funding sources for preparation programs. Train and supervise student assistants as assigned.
