Job Summary
Lead a global HR Operations team delivering excellent employee experience as the first point of contact for HR-related matters across AbbVie's operations. Partner with global HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to align HR Operations with business strategies, optimize processes and technology, drive self-service adoption, and manage SLAs/KPIs. Oversee HR services for a large employee population (10k+), champion system enhancements (Workday, SAP, CRM), and mentor a high-performing team of HR Operations Consultants. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8-10+ years in HR or HR operation support
- Experience building and sustaining a high-performing HR Operations team
- Experience managing HR services for large, geographically dispersed populations
- Experience in HR, Time and Payroll solutions (e.g. Workday, SAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
