Job Summary
Lead the technical delivery of pavement projects for the ANZ team, applying national pavement design standards and construction methods; prepare and review design reports, specifications and drawings across all project phases; analyze pavement investigation data (FWD, HWD, GPR, LWD, profiler, friction testing); mentor junior engineers and support their technical development; participate from planning through construction with cross-disciplinary teams; role housed in Melbourne with hybrid work options; requires a Civil Engineering degree and 15+ years of pavement design experience; relocation package available.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience as Pavement Engineer with specialization in pavement design
- 15+ years experience in pavement engineering
- Proven ability to lead projects and provide technical leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mentoring experience for junior engineers
