Job Summary
Lead Protection & Controls workstreams and design teams while chairing hazard reviews and supporting major bids. Retain technical authority on 400kV transmission design, ensuring compliance with standards from EirGrid and ESB Networks. Recruit, develop, and manage the team to drive capability growth within a secured, multi-year pipeline of transmission work. This people-leadership role offers full hybrid flexibility, typically two days per week in a regional office, alongside competitive compensation and enhanced benefits including medical cover and CPD reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years' experience
- Proven transmission design experience at 400kV
- Experience gained on major grid or network programmes
- Chartered Engineer status
- Design-led P&C background
- Track record of leading people and workstreams
- Right to work in Ireland
