Job Summary
Associate Director of Programs oversees program operations for the Orange County Team, supervising program managers, team supervisors, and direct service staff; ensures adherence to funding source contracts and performance standards; prepares progress and performance reports; performs hiring and training activities; and leads data collection and reporting to funders and government entities. The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, analytical thinking, ethics, and a proactive approach to managing workload and priorities within homelessness services and related programs across California.
Required Qualifications
- Four (4) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services or working with vulnerable populations
- One (1) year of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services field
- Have employment eligibility verification
- Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training
- Tuberculosis Test
- Background Screening
- Drug Test
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties
- Ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage
