Job Summary
Lead daily operations for NCJW's DC office, managing office supply procurement, inventory, and space optimization to ensure a modern, mission-driven workplace. Design and refine workflows, tools, and procedures that support collaboration across teams while overseeing technology systems, vendors, and contracts to maintain digital infrastructure. Finalize work related to the recent office relocation and serve as the operational point-person for all in-person Board and national leadership meetings. Manage organization-wide calendars, internal communications, and event planning to foster staff connection and strategic alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, technology management, or nonprofit administration, preferably in a mission-driven or advocacy organization
- Proven ability to build and maintain organizational systems that enhance collaboration and efficiency
- Strong understanding of technology infrastructure and vendor management, including hardware, software, and digital platforms
- Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
- A deep appreciation for the history and lived practices within Jewish tradition, culture, identities, community, and the issues and diverse communities for which NCJW advocates
- High attention to detail with the ability to deliver projects in dynamic, collaborative, cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, short-term needs, and long-term planning
- This position is based in Washington, DC, with a hybrid-schedule including 2-3 core in-office days per week
