Job Summary
Associate Director, Operations for Clinical Assessment Technologies (CAT) in US/Canada with remote work. Leads CAT Operations, identifies operational needs for upcoming projects, oversees resource planning, training and skills development, process improvements, and quarterly reviews. Responsible for delivering CAT study deliverables from launch through study close, coordinating vendor management and budget development, and ensuring regulatory compliance (CFRs, GCPs, ICH). Supports cross-functional initiatives, contributes to proposals and bid defenses, and maintains effective communication with operations staff, project management, contracts, and quality teams. Requires strong leadership, program management, planning and organizational skills, and at least 7+ years of global clinical trial experience (4+ years in global trials) with preferred experience in psychiatry/CNS areas; advanced degree and certification (PMP/MBA) encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred (Master’s in life sciences, MBA, and/or PMP certification)
