Job Summary
Associate Director, Omnichannel Innovation & Marketing Capabilities role within AstraZeneca's US BBU Innovation and Business Excellence team. Lead the development and scaling of connected omnichannel capabilities across digital and non-digital channels, aligning with brand and enterprise priorities to improve campaign activation, personalization, and customer experience for HCPs and consumers. Collaborate across brand, media, data, content, operations, IT, Medical, and agencies to operationalize campaigns via platforms, workflows, and governance; drive measurement and optimization through analytics partnerships; pilot emerging technologies to enhance engagement and efficiency; and manage a portfolio of initiatives and budgets to deliver defined business outcomes. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5–7 years in omnichannel marketing or related fields, with pharmaceutical/healthcare experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of experience in omnichannel marketing, digital strategy, marketing technology, CRM, or commercial innovation (pharmaceutical/healthcare preferred)
- proven track record delivering integrated omnichannel programs with measurable impact
- strong analytics and measurement capabilities
- ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead initiatives without formal authority
- experience with multi-channel campaign activation, personalization, and channel orchestration
- familiarity with taxonomy, metadata, and campaign performance optimization
- ability to translate business needs into scalable capability roadmaps and use cases
- experience managing multiple projects and budgets
- comfortable in a hybrid (onsite + remote) collaboration environment
