Job Summary
Drive commercial effectiveness and governance for MIDAS within Global Market Insights by serving as a key partner to sales and service teams for deal support, pricing guidance, and offering clarity. Lead product roadmap development aligned with client needs, including enhancements for the MIDAS Agentic Agent and DaaS+ initiatives, while presenting roadmaps to clients for demos and escalation resolution. Establish Customer Advisory Boards and ensure data governance cadence through collaboration with the Data standards team. Maintain up-to-date go-to-market materials and user stories for internal and client presentations. Requires a Bachelor's/Master's degree with pharmaceutical industry experience and strong communication skills. No visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters Degree
- in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
- worked in various roles in pharma and/or pharma service industries
- Strong communication skills
- ability to train/present
- ability to deal tactfully with clients and senior internal stakeholders
- Track record of working with different teams with diverse expertise and cultures
- Knowledge of IQVIA Global Market Insights products and strategy
- Knowledge of MIDAS
