Job Summary
Associate Director, Offering Management - Healthcare based in Almaty leads market-oriented strategy and development of data-driven healthcare services. Responsibilities include translating evolving pharma/healthcare client needs into new service concepts, defining data requirements and structures, leading projects from concept to delivery with cross-functional teams, challenging client ideas, and building strong stakeholder relationships to generate new business and sustain service innovation. The role covers market analysis of demand, product definition and design with governance and agile planning, partnership management to enhance offerings, budgeting and multi-year forecasting, and owning product roadmaps with a balance of short-term delivery and long-term strategy. Requires a proven sales/marketing/commercial excellence background in pharma or healthcare-related industries, ability to co-create solutions with senior clients, and excellent communication. English and Russian are required; Kazakh fluency is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Sales/Marketing/Commercial Excellence management roles (end-to-end delivery)
- Commercial background in pharma, wholesalers, or medical devices
- Experience designing or enhancing services, not just managing existing products
- Cross-functional or regional teamwork experience
- Fluent in English and Russian; Kazakh highly desired
