Job Summary
The Associate Director of Student Success leads efforts to improve graduation, retention, and career placement rates of students at Franklin Cummings Tech. This role involves managing success coaching, supervising staff, developing engaging programs, and collaborating across departments to enhance student experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred in student higher education administration or related field
- Equivalent of four to six years of progressively responsible student services advising experience
- Demonstrated sensitivity to understanding the needs of a diverse student population
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems, such as Jenzabar and Canvas
Desired Qualifications
- STEM education or experience is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented
