Job Summary

Associate Director of Student Affairs to oversee the campus Education Team and drive retention, completion, and licensure goals. Responsibilities include supervising student activities, coordinating campus events (Gateway to Success, College Prep Day, Student Ambassador Program, Student Appreciation and Awards), managing student satisfaction and progress reports, monitoring at-risk student populations (first module retention, attendance, SAP/MTF), coordinating communications with the Student Service Center, partnering with Career Services for externship readiness and student transition, assisting with instructor recruitment and training, conducting classroom observations, and facilitating daily instructional operations. Requires leadership to guide a team, strong interpersonal and IT skills, and a track record in education administration and curriculum development. Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 1 year education management and 3 years instruction experience. Located at Las Vegas, NV campus; full-time role.
