Job Summary
The Associate Director of Retail Media Operations & Inventory will lead global product strategy, focusing on the end-to-end product roadmap for physical and digital assets while ensuring inventory excellence and optimising campaign operations. This role requires strategic and operational capabilities with a strong emphasis on results, collaboration, and solution-oriented problem-solving. Candidates should possess extensive experience in ad operations or inventory management, along with skills in stakeholder management and team leadership. The position emphasizes a global perspective and a focus on operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years preferred experience in ad operations, inventory management, or product management within a Retail Media Network, e-commerce platform, or large-scale digital publisher
- Proven track record managing the full campaign lifecycle, including asset collection, trafficking, QA, and post-campaign reporting
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build systems from scratch and standardise workflows across multicultural teams
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing cross-market teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce (CPG/FMCG), Digital Advertising, Retail Media and/or subscription business models
- Deep knowledge of the evolving Retail Media landscape and emerging digital ad-tech trends
- Familiarity with the logistics of physical sampling or warehouse operations
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot), CDP, and Ad Servers (Google Ad Manager)
