Job Summary
Lead MOIA’s rapid response function, coordinating outreach, communications, and service delivery during time-sensitive situations affecting immigrant communities; develop and implement protocols, workflows, and tools to strengthen rapid response capacity; supervise rapid response staff and coordinate with City agencies, community-based organizations, and advocacy partners to ensure accurate, timely, and culturally responsive information and support; requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities with experience in public service and stakeholder coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; a master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in public service, community engagement, policy, or a related field
