Job Summary
Oversee and grow Woodcraft Rangers' expanded learning programs across TK–12, including staffing, budgets, and partnerships; supervise Program Managers and Site Coordinators to deliver high-quality, compliant, and engaging programs; drive program growth (TK–K, ELOP, universal access), staff development, and collaboration with Learning & Development, Communications, and Development teams; build relationships with school leaders, district partners, and community organizations; lead program observations, budget planning, curriculum development, data management, and compliance; require Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of supervisory experience or 5+ years of management experience; ability to work evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role OR 5+ years of management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
