Job Summary
Oversee Woodcraft Rangers’ expanded learning and intersessional programs in the greater Los Angeles area, including staffing, budgets, marketing, partner relationships, and professional development. Supervise Program Managers who oversee school sites and ensure Site Coordinators deliver safe, high-quality, engaging programs. Drive program growth including TK–K and Lifecraft offerings, ensure compliance with contractual and organizational goals, and provide updates to district and school leadership. Develop budgets and plans to address student and community needs; lead staffing plans with HR; build relationships with district partners and community organizations; collaborate with Learning & Development to design staff training; partner with Communications and Development to illustrate program impact; inspire a culture of teamwork and excellence across program staff. Requires Bachelor's degree and 2+ years supervisory or 3+ years management experience, data-driven evaluation mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years supervisory experience OR 3+ years management experience
- Proven track record leading youth programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Commitment to data-driven evaluation
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
