Job Summary
The Associate Director of Operations is the liaison between client hospitals and Core Medical Directors and Operations teams, responsible for contract performance, financial results, quality and compliance, and continuous improvement across assigned practices. Partners with VP of Operations and Regional Director of Operations to implement operational strategies, monitor site performance, address staffing and client concerns, support business development activities (RFPs, client presentations, service line expansions, contract renewals, implementations, transitions), and drive cross-functional collaboration. Leads workforce planning and clinician engagement initiatives, maintains relationships with hospital executives and stakeholders, and supports strategic initiatives, data-driven decision making, and scalable process improvements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred; 1-3 years in clinical management and proven ability to translate metrics into actionable improvements.

- Strong decision analysis, judgement, and independent thinking
- Proven and practical problem-solving
- Experience with various HCMS, scheduling, and related applications
- Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare compliance environment
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams, data analytics, and visualization tools
